Agreement to transact electronically (organizations)

Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure for Business Signers · Version: 1.1 · Dated: 2026-10-08 · Effective: 2026-10-09
From: New Age Consulting, LLC ("NAC") · help@consultnewage.com · 30501 Utica Dr, Richland, MO 65556

This page asks whether your organization agrees to do business with NAC electronically. It is a separate step from signing. Agreeing here signs nothing. You will review the full document and sign it in a later step.

1. Who this page is for

  • Tier B: a person signing for a company, LLC, partnership, nonprofit, school, agency or other organization, on an ordinary business agreement with NAC.
  • Tier A: a person signing NAC's own company or internal records.

If you are an individual buying for yourself, including as a sole proprietor signing in your own name, stop here. You'll see NAC's consumer disclosure instead.

2. What you agree to

On behalf of the organization named in the document ("your organization"), you agree that NAC and your organization may:

  • send, receive, sign and keep the document named at the top of this page electronically; and
  • for Tier B, also use electronic records and signatures for later records in the same business relationship. This covers statements of work, change orders, delivery and acceptance notices, invoices, and notices under your agreement with NAC, sent to the notice email in that agreement.

Electronic records and signatures under this agreement have the same effect as paper and ink.

3. Your right to use paper

Your organization doesn't have to transact electronically. It can refuse now, or for any later transaction, by telling NAC in writing at help@consultnewage.com or on the signing page. That right to refuse later electronic transactions can't be waived. Refusing doesn't end your agreement with NAC. NAC will use paper for that transaction instead.

4. Stopping electronic records later

Your organization may withdraw this agreement at any time by writing to help@consultnewage.com. Withdrawal works only going forward. It doesn't affect any record signed or delivered before NAC processes it, which NAC will do within 2 business days. After that, NAC sends records on paper. There's no fee.

5. Paper copies

You may ask for a paper copy of any record in this relationship while NAC keeps it under its retention schedule. Fee: free on request. NAC mails the copy within 5 business days after verifying the requester and mailing address.

6. How signatures are verified

6.1 The security procedure. Before anyone can view or sign, NAC's signing system sends a one-time 6-digit code to the signer's email address, and the signer must enter it. The signer then reviews the full document and completes a separate final step that confirms their intent to sign that exact version. Your organization agrees that this is the security procedure for attributing electronic signatures and records between it and NAC. A signature completed through this procedure is evidence that the signature is the act of the person using that email address.

6.2 Your part. Keep the signer's mailbox secure, and tell NAC at once at help@consultnewage.com if you think someone else has used it or a code. NAC will void any open document on request.

6.3 Errors. Every signer sees the complete document and a review screen before the final step. If you find an error after signing, tell NAC promptly. Nothing in this agreement limits the error rules in Missouri's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

7. Authority

By agreeing, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to electronic transactions for your organization, and to sign the document for it in the capacity shown on the signature page.

8. Keeping copies

Each party can download and print the complete document and completion package through authenticated access. When signing is complete, NAC emails the party a completion notice with access instructions; a notice may provide a secure link rather than an attachment. Keep your own copies. Links can expire, and NAC may move older records to an archive. While NAC retains a record, help@consultnewage.com can help obtain a copy after appropriate identity and authority checks. NAC does not promise that the original link remains available forever and does not prevent saving or printing a record it delivers.

9. What you need

A device with internet access; a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox with cookies and JavaScript on; a way to open and save PDF files; and access to the signer's email address. If NAC changes these requirements in a way that could affect your access to your records, it will tell you first.

10. Documents NAC does not sign electronically

NAC's signing system is not used for wills or trusts, family-law matters, court documents, notarized or witnessed documents, or the other records federal and Missouri law exclude from electronic-signature rules. Those use paper.

11. Contact

Ask to update the signer or notice email by writing to help@consultnewage.com from the address on record, or through your client portal where that option is available. If that address is no longer accessible, contact support from a new address; NAC will check identity and organizational authority before changing access or releasing records. Do not send ID images through intake, chat or ordinary email. The support response target is two business days, not an availability guarantee or a change to any applicable legal deadline.

12. What you are agreeing to

When you tick the box and choose to agree, you make this statement:

I am authorized to act for my organization, and I agree on its behalf to transact electronically with New Age Consulting, LLC as described above.
